I have decided to write my compare and contrast essay about natural childbirth versus a cesarean section childbirth. My personal experience was a C-section. I had been prepared for a natural birth; we went to all of the classes that the hospital provides. My husband and I had created a birthing plan and when my due date came, my doctor strongly suggested that we schedule a surgery. Many people have very strong feelings about one versus the other and I look forward to researching and writing about both.

ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading your essay. I had a natural birth with my oldest and I am currently pregnant. One of my biggest fears is having a c-section with this child. You did a very good job on your diagram, and once again I look forward to reading your essay.
ReplyDeleteI think this is an interesting topic because sometimes, c-sections are just inevitable, no matter how hard we try as moms and no matter how wonderful our doctors are.
